Where are you located?
Shane's Cookie Co is a North Fort Worth, Texas-based home-based bakery operating under the Texas Cottage Food Law.
Can you ship?
Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to ship cookies due to the Texas Cottage Food Law. Pickup from my home is preferred. Orders can be delivered depending on distance.
Do you make allergen-free cookies?
While my recipe is nut-free, please be aware that the cookies are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts may be present. I presently provide gluten-free cookies, but I do not have sugar-free or dairy-free options available.ive project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Do you have an order minimum?
he minimum order for regular cookies is one dozen, and for mini cookies, it's two dozen. However, I do offer gift boxes that may contain fewer than one dozen cookies.
What kind of cookies do you make?
I create all my cookies from a timeless vanilla sugar cookie foundation, beautifully finished with a layer of vanilla royal icing. In addition to this, I have a selection of macaroons and drop cookies available. If you have a particular seasonal flavor in mind, don't hesitate to ask, as I may be able to accommodate your request. I also offer delightful chocolate chip cookie cakes topped with luscious buttercream icing, along with my distinctively designed sugar cookies.
How are the cookies packaged?
All cookies are carefully sealed in its own heat-sealed bag to preserve its freshness. They remain at their peak for up to two weeks. If you require guidance on freezing or defrosting, feel free to ask! For an extra $5 per dozen, you can opt to have ribbons added to your cookie favors. If you have specific gift packaging preferences, please let me know, as options may be available upon request.
How much do your cookies cost?
50 per dozen and may vary based on the intricacy of the designs. The exact pricing will be determined after you submit your request. If you'd like to include coordinating mini cookies in your order, they start at $25 per dozen. There may be additional charges for special features and intricate details
How much notice do you need?
Usually 2 - 3 weeks depending on the season. I can sometimes take last minute orders with an added rush charge
Do you require a deposit?
The deposit amount is determined by the size of the order and is necessary to reserve your spot on the calendar and secure your delivery date
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to two weeks before the original due date. Your deposit can be applied to a future order within a year from the original due date.
